I’m delighted to share a personal milestone in my coaching journey — I have officially been awarded my Life Coaching Diploma with a merit.
This qualification is Accredited by the Association for Coaching (AC) as an Accredited Certificate in Coach Training (ACCT), which means it meets the AC’s professional standards for coaching skills, ethics, and reflective practice.
Why This Matters for My Clients
Earning this diploma wasn’t just about passing assessments — it was about deepening my ability to:
- Hold space for clients to think clearly and openly
- Use frameworks like GROW effectively to guide sessions
- Ask powerful, open questions without leading or advising
- Maintain presence, empathy, and trust in every conversation
For my clients, this means you can be confident that:
- I’m trained and assessed to a globally recognised coaching standard
- I bring a structured yet flexible approach to help you achieve your goals
- I’m committed to ongoing professional development to stay at the top of my game
The AC Path and What’s Next
While this diploma puts me firmly on the AC track, my growth doesn’t stop here.
I’m now working towards further accreditation and exploring the International Coaching Federation (ICF) portfolio route — so I can offer my clients the benefits of both AC and ICF recognised standards.
Gratitude and Reflection
When I started my coaching journey, I knew I wanted to combine my 20 years in software development and leadership with a strong, professional coaching foundation.
This diploma validates that decision — and reminds me why I’m so committed to helping leaders and professionals gain clarity, build confidence, and create change.
To my trainers, peers, and clients — thank you for trusting me, challenging me, and growing with me.
