Colin Hughes is an experienced Career Support Coach, Leadership Mentor, and NLP Practitioner based in the UK. With over 20 years in software development and 8 years in leadership, he now helps first-time engineering managers and professionals at career crossroads build confidence, clarity, and resilience. Colin’s coaching blends leadership expertise, mindfulness, and NLP to address inner conflicts, overcome imposter syndrome, and develop authentic leadership skills. He is accredited by the Association for Coaching and actively contributes to professional networks, including Knowsley Chamber of Commerce and Liverpool Dinner Club. His mission is simple: to empower leaders to create psychologically safe environments where both people and performance can thrive.
